The Longing in My Heart
(Phil G. and C. Tippett)
Before I even knew myself, God had His plan upon my shelf.
He put me in my family’s care, with music always in the air.
God put the longing in my heart.
With God – That’s where the longing starts.
God heard the yearning of my heart burning,
And now for Him I sing.
Days would come & the days would go – to find His will would seem so slow.
I wandered here & I wandered there, until I turned to Him in prayer.
Then God put the longing in my heart.
With God – That’s where the longing starts.
God heard the yearning of my heart burning,
And now for Him I sing.
With a Wing and a Prayer - I know I’m finally there!
Though His grace I will sing – praise to God our King
The dream He planned for me – I let it be!
Now everything has come to this; in all I do - the gift is His.
I honor Him in every song - I sing it true and sing it strong
‘Cause God put the longing in my heart.
With God – That’s where the longing starts.
God heard the yearning of my heart burning,
And now for Him I sing.
I sing – I sing.

Live In Me
(Phil G., J. Walsh & C. Tippett)
When I start to worry and my troubles get me down
When I’m feeling weary and there’s darkness all around
Jesus – live in me
Only You can comfort me – please hold me in your arms
Laugh with me and cry with me – and shelter me from harm
Jesus – live in me
Jesus – You’re my resting place – my teacher and my friend
Your love is everlasting and on that I can depend
Jesus – live in me
Jesus – live in me

Breathe on Me, Breath of God
(E. Hatch & R. Jackson)
Breathe on me, Breath of God - fill me with life anew,
that I may love what Thou dost love and do what Thou wouldst do.
Breathe on me, Breath of God - until my heart is pure,
until with Thee I will one will to do and to endure.
Breathe on me, Breath of God - till I am wholly Thine,
till all this earthly part of me glows with Thy fire divine.
Breathe on me, Breath of God - so shall I never die,
but live with Thee Thy perfect life of Thine eternity. Amen
God Enters In
(Phil G., J. Vitale & J. Kearns)
The rush of a waterfall
Your sunsets at night
Our families big and small
Stars shining so bright
Blessings surround us Lord
We accept every one
How can it be so hard
Accepting Your Son
Open our hearts
That’s where it starts
God enters in
Forgives where we’ve been
Once we receive
He’ll never leave
God Enters in
Forgives where we’ve been

On You I Stand
(Phil G. and C. Tippett)
Sometimes I wonder why You would make us so
We could choose a path where we really shouldn’t ever go
Life would be easy if You’d only tell us how
We could find Your plan for us and live happily right now
I want to please You, Lord, if I can
How do I follow Your perfect plan
With so many dreams to dream
And temptations at hand
You are my rock – on You I stand
What good would it be if we were puppets in Your hand
If we couldn’t choose to love You and freely take a stand
I guess I know why if I can look at things Your way
By Your grace and mercy, Lord, I’ll learn to follow You each day
I want to please You, Lord, if I can
How do I follow Your perfect plan
With so many dreams to dream
And temptations at hand
You are my rock – on You I stand
I want to please You, Lord, if I can
How do I follow Your perfect plan
With so many dreams to dream
And temptations at hand
You are my rock – on You I stand
You are my rock – on You I stand

Walkin’ In My Shoes
(Phil G. & C. Tippett)
Every time I think about when I was just a kid
I think about my folks at home and the little things they did
I remember Mama saying Faith is all that anybody needs
And that I might be the only Bible that anybody reads
She told me all the stories – how children gathered at God’s feet
How people came from miles around just to hear Him speak
And with His hand He’d heal the sick and open eyes that could not see
And that same life that lived in Him is now a part of me
And now He’s walkin’ in my shoes
To think He’s smilin’ with my face
I know He’s singin’ with my voice
It’s a simple choice – ooh… follow me
He gave His life so I may live and till my life grows dim
I can’t imagine another step without taking it with Him
And now He’s walkin’ in my shoes
To think He’s smilin’ with my face
I know He’s singin’ with my voice
It’s a simple choice – ooh… follow me
And now He’s walkin’ in my shoes
To think He’s smilin’ with my face
I know He’s singin’ with my voice
It’s a simple choice – ooh… follow me
ooh… follow me

Feelin’ So Good
(Phil G. and C. Tippett)
All my life I’ve been wonderin’ – walkin’ through this world of sin
What it is You put me here to do
Go to a mountaintop and pray – take Your Word and sail away
Tell someone what Your love can do
Feelin’ so good – as good as I should feel
Feelin’ the need to share the Word
Feelin’ so good – as good as I should feel
Tell everyone who hasn’t heard
If a friend is feelin’ low – I know where I need to go
Help him push those stormy clouds away
Tell him what our God can do – He is there to see us through
Be our sunshine on a rainy day
Feelin’ so good – as good as I should feel
Feelin’ the need to share the Word
Feelin’ so good – as good as I should feel
Tell everyone who hasn’t heard
Feelin’ so good – as good as I should feel
Feelin’ the need to share the Word
Feelin’ so good – as good as I should feel
Tell everyone who hasn’t heard

All of Me
(Phil G. & C. Tippett)
Once I accepted You as Lord,
I grew to love Your Holy Word,
Spent time alone with You in prayer;
I knew that You were there.
Then worldly passions took their toll:
I wandered distant from Your fold.
I knew that You were calling me
And You demanded all.
All of me, all of me,
You wanted all of me,
All of me
I searched for You both near and far;
I reached up to the highest star.
At last I looked within my heart
And found You after all!
And now I've heard Your tender voice
That reassures me of my choice.
From this moment I am Yours--
I'm answering Your call.
All of me, all of me,
I give You all of me,
All of me!
Take my heart and take my hand,
And mold them to Your perfect plan.
You have numbered all my years--
Now – I give my all!
All of me, all of me,
I give You all of me,
All of me!
I give You all of me,
I give You all of me,
I give You all of me,
I give You all of me!

You’re Not Alone
(Phil G.)
When your problems get you down
Can’t find a single friend in town
And you’re at the point of no return
There’s a God to comfort you
In every way you ask Him to
Don’t let Him be the last place that you turn
You’re not alone – you’re not alone
You’re not alone – you’re not alone
When all your clouds have turned to gray
Fair-weather friends have turned away
And nothing seems to matter any more
There you’ll find the Holy One
His plan for you has just begun
He’s the gift that you’ve been praying for
You’re not alone – you’re not alone
You’re not alone – you’re not alone
He sees the tears upon your cheek
He’s all the words you cannot speak
He’s everywhere you’ve never been
He sees the things you’ve never seen
He’s every star up in the sky
He’s in this room with you and I
He helped me with this song to let you know
You’re not alone – you’re not alone
You’re not alone – you’re not alone
God is with you everyday
He’ll never let you slip away
He sees the tears upon your cheek
He’s all the words you cannot speak
He’s everywhere you’ve never been
He sees the things you’ve never seen
He’s every star up in the sky
He’s in this room with you and I

Laus Deo
(Phil G. & C. Tippett)
Laus Deo! Praise to God
In everything we do.
Our founding fathers knew the truth –
One nation under You.
The Ten Commandments some would take
From school and court of law.
Of this blessed nation they would make
A country that could fall.
Though freedoms that we fought to earn
Can make us disagree,
These words atop our nation burn
To guard our liberty.
Laus Deo! Praise to God
In everything we do.
Our founding fathers knew the truth –
One nation under You.
The prayers of children line the walls
Of Washington’s great spire.
From Capitol to courthouse halls,
God’s Word has always led us higher.
Laus Deo! Praise to God
In everything we do.
Our founding fathers knew the truth –
One nation under You.
America must never rest -
God gave us this free land.
No matter how much we’ve been blessed,
We live beneath His hand.
Laus Deo! Praise to God

The Gentle Healer
(M. Card)
The gentle healer came into our town today
He touched blind eyes and their darkness left to stay
But more than the blindness - He took their sins away
The gentle healer came into our town today
The gentle healer came into our town today
He spoke one word – that was all He had to say
And the one who had died just rose up straight away
The gentle healer came into our town today
Oh – He seems like just an ordinary man
With dirty feet and rough but gentle hands
But the words he says are hard to understand
And yet He seems like just an ordinary man
The gentle healer – He left our town today
I just looked around and found He’d gone away
Some folks from town who’ve followed Him – they say
That the gentle healer is the truth – the life – the way
